摘  要:在针对基于指针方向和刻度定位的仪表读数识别的方法中,需要对刻度指向的数字进行检测识别;在许多场景中,仪表盘存在倾斜或者刻度数字被遮挡的情况。因此,论文设计了一种基于极坐标旋转及顺序预测定位的水表刻度数字检测方法,能够有效检测各种倾斜角度的刻度数字;针对表盘上刻度数字被遮挡的情况,论文基于顺序预测定位方法,能够在表盘上预测出被遮挡数字及其位置。实验结果表明,该方法应用在倾斜刻度数字的检测中,准确率达到99.8%,召回率达到100%,mAP@0.5达到99.5%,mAP@0.5:0.95为86.7%。In the method of meter reading recognition based on pointer direction and scale positioning,the number pointed by the scale needs to be detected and recognized.In many scenes,the dashboard is tilted or the scale numbers are blocked.Therefore,this paper designs a water meter scale number detection method based on polar coordinate rotation and sequential prediction positioning,which can effectively detect the scale numbers of various tilt angles.Aiming at the situation that the scale numbers on the dial are blocked,this paper can predict the blocked numbers and their positions on the dial based on the sequential prediction positioning method.The experimental results show that the accuracy of this method is 99.8%and the recall rate is 100%,mAP@0.5 Up to 99.5%,mAP@0.5:0.95 is 86.7%.
