摘　　要：随着民航业的快速发展,对飞行员的需求和能力都在提高。在飞行训练的过程中停飞率是飞行训练品质重要的评判标准之一,坚持合理的停飞率是通航发展的必要条件。使用jieba分词工具结合词云图进行数据处理,使用LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)主题模型对停飞意见进行主题建模,采用困惑度进行主题数目确定,从非结构化的文本中提取信息对停飞原因进行分析,把握整体趋势提升飞行训练品质。将理论与对实验结果进行对比分析,结果验证了模型的有效性,通过TF-IDF方法计算主题词权重对主题进行重要性评估,发现并非主题词数量越多该主题重要程度就越高。研究结果表明,学员停飞的主要原因有三个,其中未能达到课程训练要求和未能通过飞行训练检查是导致学员停飞的最主要因素。With the rapid development of civil aviation industry,the demand and ability of pilots are improving.In the process of flight training,the grounding rate is one of the important evaluation criteria for the quality of flight training.Adhering to a reasonable grounding rate is a necessary condition for the development of navigation.This paper Jieba word segmentation tool combined with word cloud image for data processing LDA(late Dirichlet allocation)theme model to model the theme of grounding opinions,uses confusion to determine the number of themes,extracts information from unstructured text to analyze the reasons for grounding,grasps the overall trend and improve the quality of flight training.The theoretical and experimental results are compared and analyzed,and the results verify the effectiveness of the model.The TF-IDF method is used to calculate the weight of subject words to evaluate the importance of the topic.It is found that the more the number of subject words is,the higher the importance of the topic is.The research results show that there are three main reasons for the students'grounding,among which the failure to meet the training requirements of the course and the failure to pass the flight training inspection are the most important factors leading to the students'grounding.
