摘　　要：智慧农业作为全球农业发展的重要趋势,已引起多国和国际组织的高度重视与大力推动,其核心任务在于加快构建智慧农业领域的人才培养体系。本文深入剖析我国智慧农业国际化人才培养中存在的主要问题,提出相应的改革思路,进一步结合南京农业大学的探索实践,总结若干可行的创新举措及取得的明显成效。总体表明,基于国内外资源双向融合的智慧农业人才培养新模式,可为我国智慧农业新农科领域的国际化教育提供有益借鉴。Smart agriculture,a pivotal trend in global agricultural development,has garnered substantial attention and advocacy from numerous countries and international organizations.The cornerstone of its advancement is the expedited establishment of a talent cultivation system within this domain.This paper delves into an in-depth analysis of the primary challenges faced in nurturing international talents in smart agriculture within China,puts forth pertinent reform strategies,and encapsulates viable innovative methodologies based on the explorations and practices undertaken at Nanjing Agricultural University.In essence,the study elucidates that a dual integration approach,which harnesses both domestic and international resources,provides invaluable insights for propelling international education in the emerging field of smart agriculture in China.
