摘  要:农村实用人才队伍建设是贯彻落实乡村全面振兴战略的重要工作抓手。边疆民族地区农村实用人才处于供不应求的状态,易地搬迁集中安置点的农村实用人才缺口较大,本土群众在适应性上更占优势。各地通过定向培养乡镇农技人员、实施乡村振兴村级协理员专项计划、制定优惠政策以及注重人本管理等方式在一定程度上能够缓解农村实用人才的紧缺状况。建议在边疆民族地区设立农村实用人才职业学校,聚焦当地“三农”工作重点难点,整合多元力量培育边疆民族地区农村实用人才。The construction of a rural practical talent team serves as a crucial starting point for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In border minority areas,there is a significant shortage of rural practical talents,with a particularly large gap in resettlement centers,where local residents possess greater adaptability advantages.This shortage can be mitigated to some extent through targeted training of rural agricultural technicians,the execution of a special plan for rural revitalization involving village-level assistants,the formulation of preferential policies,and a focus on people-oriented management.It is recommended to establish vocational schools dedicated to cultivating practical talents in the ethnic regions of border areas,emphasizing the key and challenging aspects of local“agriculture,rural areas,and farmers”work,and integrating multiple forces to foster rural practical talents in these regions.
