摘  要:舰载机全机吊运能力可以使舰载机在受损无法飞行时被运送到陆地进行修理,这对于航母编队至关重要。针对舰载机全机吊运中飞机承载能力、吊具安全性、吊运功能及吊运安全性等难点问题进行研究,明确了舰载机全机吊运研究技术路线,进行了舰载机全机吊运接口研究、舰载机全机吊具设计与验证、舰载机全机吊运功能试验、飞机承载能力试验,提出了可行的舰载机全机吊运方案,设计了舰载机全机吊具,解决了舰载机舰基转运岸基的能力问题。The integrated lifting of carrier-based aircraft is critical to aircraft carrier groups,as it can trasport the damaged aircraft that cannot fly to land-based facilities for repair.This study addresses key challenges in the integrated lifting of carrier-based aircraft,including aircraft load-bearing capacity,safety of lifting equipment,lifting functionality and lifting safety.A technical research roadmap is established,including the mechanical connection between the aircraft and lifting equipment,design and verification of the lifting equipment,functional testing of the lifting process and load-bearing capacity verification of the aircraft.A feasible lifting solution is proposed and a specialized lifting equipment is designed.This research resolves the problem of ship-to-shore transfer of carrier-based aircraft.
