摘 要:近年来,智能矿山建设在全球范围内得到了广泛关注和迅速发展,传统矿山开采模式逐渐被现代化的数字化和智能化技术所取代。德兴铜矿作为亚洲最大露天铜矿,面临着提高资源利用率、降低供矿品位波动的挑战。本文提出了一种基于DIMINE软件的采场精准配矿方法,利用炮孔数据库获取的岩粉化验数据,对爆堆品位进行估算,生成爆堆品位控制模型,并通过配矿优化数学模型进行自动配矿解算。结合铲装设备的高精度定位和智能卡调系统的执行反馈数据,实现了自动配矿与人工动态调整的结合。应用结果表明,该方法显著降低了供矿品位波动,提高了资源利用效率和生产效率,减少了矿石的浪费。本文详细探讨了德兴铜矿采场精准配矿的具体实施方法和关键技术,展示了采场精准配矿在智能矿山建设中的重要性和应用前景。In recent years,the construction of intelligent mines has garnered widespread attention and experienced rapid development globally,replacing traditional mining methods with modern digital and intelligent technologies.As the largest open-pit copper mine in Asia,Dexing copper mine faces challenges in enhancing resource utilization and reducing fluctuations in ore supply grade.This paper proposes a precise ore blending method for mining sites based on DIMINE software,which leverages rock powder assay data from borehole databases to estimate ore pile grades and generate ore pile grade control models.The method performs automatic ore blending calculations through an optimized mathematical model,integrating high-precision positioning of loading equipment and feedback data from the intelligent dispatch system to achieve a combination of automatic ore blending and manual dynamic adjustments.The application results demonstrate that this method significantly reduces fluctuations in ore supply grade,improves resource utilization and production efficiency,and minimizes ore wastage.This paper details the specific implementation methods and key technologies of precise ore blending at Dexing copper mine,highlighting the importance and application prospects of precise ore blending in intelligent mine construction.
