摘  要:某难选低品位钼矿原矿钼品位为0.068%,钼氧化率为26.47%。现场生产中存在钼尾矿跑高导致钼回收率偏低的问题。工艺矿物学研究表明:尾矿中辉钼矿单体解离度低和个别单体辉钼矿掉槽是影响钼回收率偏低的主要原因。为提高钼回收率,实验室进行了磨矿细度试验、钼捕收剂种类和用量试验、闭路试验。在此基础上进行了现场工业试验,结果表明:磨矿细度(-0.074 mm占比)从58%~60%提高至60%~62%,钼捕收剂从煤油更换为Mo-16,可获得钼精矿品位为50.11%、回收率为66.08%的指标。与原工艺相比,钼精矿品位提高了1.59个百分点,钼回收率提高了1.63个百分点。A low-grade molybdenum ore contains 0.068% molybdenum with an oxidation rate of 26.47%.In on-site production,there is a problem that molybdenum in the molybdenum tailings increases,resulting in a low molybdenum recovery rate.Process mineralogy studies have shown that the low dissociation degree of molybdenite monomer in tailings and the dropping of individual monomer molybdenite from the flotation cells are the main reasons for the low recovery rate of molybdenum.In order to improve the recovery rate of molybdenum,the experimental study on grinding fineness tests,molybdenum collector type and dosage tests,and closed-circuit tests were carried out.On this basis,the field industrial test was carried out,and the results showed that the grinding fineness(-0.074 mm proportion)was increased from 58%~60% to 60%~62%,the molybdenum collector was changed from kerosene to Mo-16,and the molybdenum concentrate grade of 50.11% and recovery rate of 66.08% could be obtained.The molybdenum concentrate grade increased by 1.59 percentage points and the molybdenum recovery rate increased by 1.63 percentage points compared to the original process.
