摘  要:为了解决磨矿生产中碎钢球对磨矿分级系统造成不利影响的问题,某大型钼选厂在球磨机排矿端安装磁力弧,开展了磁力弧去除碎钢球改善磨矿分级系统的研究。研究结果表明:球磨机排矿端安装磁力弧能有效去除碎钢球,显著改善球磨分级系统,提高磨矿效率,降低系统运行成本。磁力弧去除矿浆中碎钢球降低了渣浆泵磨损和事故率,大幅延长渣浆泵更换周期;适当降低球磨机电耗;优化球磨分级系统返砂比,返砂比可持续稳定在470%;还能提高旋流器分级效率。In order to solve the problem that the medium-sized steel balls produced by grinding have a negative impact on the grinding and classification system,a molybdenum concentrator installed a magnetic arc at the discharge end of the ball mill and carried out a study on the removal of broken steel balls by the arc to improve the grinding and classification system.The results of the study show that the installation of a magnetic arc at the discharge end of the ball mill can effectively remove steel balls,significantly improve the ball mill classification system,improve the grinding efficiency,and reduce the system operation cost.The removal of broken steel balls from the slurry the magnetic arc reduces the wear and accident rate of the slurry pump,greatly extending the replacement cycle of the slurry pump;at the same time,it appropriately reduces the power consumption of the ball mill;optimizes the return sand ratio of the ball mill classification system,and the return sand ratio can be continuously stable 470%;it can also improve the classification efficiency of the hydrocyclone.
