某铜冶炼渣中铜、钼综合回收试验研究

摘  要:铜冶炼渣主要是由黄铜矿(CuFeS_(2))精粉冶炼金属铜剩下的残渣,渣中通常含有大量的铜和钼有价元素,如果不回收,目前主要用于铺路或者建筑材料,从而造成了资源的巨大浪费,因此,为了规避此情况,根据某铜冶炼渣的性质,通过“抑铜浮钼”的选别方案,确定了“磨矿—铜钼混合浮选—铜钼混合精矿再磨—铜钼浮选分离”选别工艺流程,获得了钼品位27.25%、回收率为77.95%、铜品位0.53%的钼精矿,铜品位26.88%、回收率87.86%、钼品位0.33%的铜精矿,以及产率为92.67%建筑用材,实现了冶炼渣的综合回收,对于铜冶炼渣回收利用行业具有一定的指导意义。Copper smelting slag is mainly the residue from chalcopyrite(CuFeS_(2))fine powder smelting metal copper,slag usually contains a lot of copper and molybdenum valuable elements,if not recovered,is currently mainly used for paving or building materials,resulting in a huge waste of resources,therefore,in order to avoid this situation,according to the nature of copper smelting slag,through the“copper float molybdenum”selection program,by the separation process of“grinding,copper-molybdenum mixed flotation,copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate re-grinding and copper-molybdenum flotation separation”,the molybdenum concentrate with Mo of 27.25%,recovery of 77.95% and Cu of 0.53%,copper concentrate with Cu of 26.88%,recovery of 87.86%,Mo of 0.33% were obtained;And the yield is 92.67% of the building material mineral processing index,the comprehensive recovery of smelting slag is realized,which has certain guiding significance for the recycling of copper smelting slag.
