摘  要:采用碱熔酸化的方法进行样品预处理,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法同时快速分析地质矿石中钨、钼元素的含量。开展了仪器分析条件、分析谱线和干扰性消除实验。钨、钼的检测限分别为0.001μg/mL和0.002μg/mL,钨的检测范围为0.001%~6.00%,钼的检测范围为0.001%~5.00%。对地质矿石标准物质进行测定,测定值与标准值一致,相对标准偏差在0.22%~4.18%之间,且回收率在95%~102%之间。Sample pretreatment was carried out using alkali melting acidification method,and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)was used to rapidly analyze the content of tungsten and molybdenum elements in geological ores.By selecting the optimal analysis conditions and suitable analysis lines,the interference of the matrix is eliminated during detection,ensuring the accuracy of the detection results.The detection limits of tungsten and molybdenum are 0.001μg/mL and 0.002μg/mL,respectively,and the detection ranges are 0.001%~6.00% and 0.001%~5.00% for molybdenum content.The geological ore reference materials were measured,and the measured values were consistent with the standard values.The relative standard deviation was within 0.22%~4.18% and the recovery rate was within 95%~102%。
