摘 要:苎麻根系发达、生物量大、耐不良环境能力强,在重金属污染土壤修复方面具有重要作用。在介绍重金属对苎麻生长影响的基础上,分析了重金属在苎麻中的富集特征及其对苎麻生理特性的影响,并提出了苎麻栽培中重金属调控措施,包括物理调控、化学调控、生物调控和栽培调控,以期为苎麻用于重金属污染土壤生态修复提供参考。Ramie has a well-developed root system,high biomass production and strong tolerance to adverse environments,which plays an important role in the remediation of heavy-metal-contaminated soil.On the basis of introducing the effects of heavy metals on the growth of ramie,the enrichment characteristics of heavy metals in ramie and their effects on the physiological characteristics of ramie were analyzed.Regulatory measures of heavy metals in ramie cultivation were proposed,including physical regulation,chemical regulation,biological regulation and cultivation regulation,so as to provide reference for the use of ramie in ecological remediation of heavy-metal-contaminated soil.
