贵州省稻田田螺形态学特征及其与螺重的相关性分析

摘  要:为探明贵州省稻田田螺的形态学特征及其主要形态学性状与螺重之间的关系,为其野生资源保护及人工养殖提供基础数据,对2068只田螺的螺重、11个形态学可量性状及24个可量性状比例参数进行了比较,主成分分析筛选出6个主成分,其贡献率分别为39.016%、16.835%、12.618%、10.043%、7.525%和4.476%,累计贡献率为90.513%。相关性分析表明:螺高、螺宽、壳口高和体螺层高4个形态学性状与螺重相关性极强,相关系数依次为0.954、0.932、0.948和0.955。通过模型拟合筛选获得螺高、螺宽、壳口高、体螺层高与螺重关系的最佳模型,建立了以4个形态学性状为自变量、螺重作为因变量的回归方程。模型拟合结果显示,田螺螺高、螺宽、壳口高、体螺层高与螺重的最优拟合模型均为幂函数曲线模型,模型公式分别为y=0.0005x_(1)^(2.802)(6螺高-螺重)、y=0.0005x_(2)^(2.985)(0螺宽-螺重)、y=0.0008x_(3)^(3.064)(3壳口高-螺重)、y=0.0005x_(2)^(4.983)(1体螺层高-螺重)。In order to investigate the morphological characteristics of rice field snails in Guizhou Province and the relationships between their main morphological traits and snail weight,and to provide basic data for the protection of wild resources and artificial breeding of snails,we compared the snail weight,11 morphological quantitative traits and 24 quantitative trait ratio parameters of 2068 snails.Principal component analysis selected the top 6 principal components,with contribution rates of 39.016%,16.835%,12.618%,10.043%,7.525% and 4.476%respectively and the cumulative contribution rate of 90.513%.The correlation analysis showed that the 4 morphological traits(snail height,snail width,aperture height and body whorl height)had highly significant correlation with snail weight,with correlation coefficients of 0.954,0.932,0.948 and 0.955,respectively.The best models of the relationships between snail height,snail width,aperture height,body whorl height and snail weight were obtained by model fitting.A regression equation was established with 4 morphological traits as the independent variables and snail weight as the dependent variable.Model fitting results showed that the best fitting models for snail height,snail width,aperture height,body whorl height with snail weight were power function curve models,and the model formulas were as follows:y=0.0005x_(1)^(2.8026)(snail height-snail weight),y=0.0005x_(2)^(2.9850)(snail width-snail weight),y=0.0008x_(3)^(3.0643)(aperture height-snail weight),y=0.0005x_(2)^(4.9831)(body whorl height-snail weight).
