摘　　要：文章就城市地籍测绘和不动产测绘中出现的一些问题进行了分析,并针对这些问题进行了讨论。针对目前我国城市地籍测绘与不动产测绘中存在的法规不健全、数据精度不高、更新滞后以及方法滞后等问题,从完善法律法规、建立动态更新机制、推进信息化和数字转换等几个方面进行了对策研究,随后对本课题的研究成果进行了归纳,并提出测绘工作今后的研究方向。This paper analyzes some issues in urban cadastral surveying and real estate surveying and discusses these issues.It addresses the current problems in urban cadastral and real estate surveying in China,such as imperfect regulations,low data accuracy,lagging updates,and outdated methods.The paper proposes countermeasures from several aspects,including improving laws and regulations,establishing dynamic updating mechanisms,and promoting informatization and digital transformation.It then summarizes the research findings of this topic and proposes future research directions for surveying work.
