摘 要:本文从排水管网规划建设存在不足、城市化发展导致雨洪灾害频发、应急决策缺乏管网运行数据支持、排水管网养护管理缺乏有效的监测技术手段4个角度探讨了水位监测信息系统建设的必要性,并提出了详细的系统建设方案,包括基本功能、分析功能、排水井液位仪、监测点位的选址、数据传输系统、排水公司信息处理平台等内容,以此构建完善的水位监测信息系统,有助于及时了解配水管网的动态运行情况,为调整措施、决策的制定提供依据。This paper explores the necessity of constructing a water level monitoring information system from four perspectives:the insufficiencies in the planning and construction of sewerage networks,the increasing frequency of rainstorm disasters due to urbanization,the lack of network operation data to support emergency decision-making,and the absence of effective monitoring technologies for sewerage network maintenance and management.A detailed system construction plan is proposed,including basic functions,analytical functions,liquid level meters for drainage wells,selection of monitoring points,data transmission systems,and information processing platforms for drainage companies.This comprehensive water level monitoring information system helps to timely understand the dynamic operation of the sewerage network and provides a basis for adjusting measures and formulating decisions.
