摘　　要：工程价格修订是施工单位在澳门地区项目工程二次经营的重要组成部分,本文通过分析澳门工程价格修订规则、核心计算公式及预付款返还方式的影响,结合信息化平台动态更新、大数据预测和云协作案例,证实信息化手段可高效处理数据、减少误差并优化决策,助力施工单位了解工程价格修订的规则应对市场波动,实现合规利润最大化。Engineering cost revision is an essential part of the secondary management of construction projects in Macao region.This paper analyzes the rules,core calculation formulas,and advance payment return methods of engineering cost revision in Macao.Combined with dynamic updates on information platforms,big data forecasting,and cloud collaboration cases,it demonstrates that information technology can efficiently handle data,reduce errors,and optimize decision-making.This helps construction companies understand the rules of engineering cost revision to cope with market fluctuations and maximize compliant profits.
