摘　　要：随着医疗信息化的快速发展,病案室编码的病案信息技术在医院管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文深入探讨病案室编码的病案信息技术在医院病案管理中的关键作用,分析其对病案质量的多方面影响。通过理论剖析与实际案例研究,明确病案信息技术在提升病案准确性、完整性、规范性以及信息利用价值方面的重大意义,同时提出针对性的改进措施和发展建议,以助力医院病案管理水平迈向新高度。With the rapid development of medical informationization,the information technology of medical record coding in hospital medical record rooms is playing an increasingly important role in hospital management.This paper explores the key role of medical record coding information technology in hospital medical record management and analyzes its multifaceted impacts on medical record quality.Through theoretical analysis and case studies,the significance of medical record information technology in enhancing the accuracy,completeness,standardization,and value of information utilization of medical records is clarified.Targeted improvement measures and development suggestions are also proposed to help hospitals elevate their medical record management to a new level.
