摘　　要：在高校舆情管理平台基础上,增加了舆情算法库和可视化技术。采用两个通用库jieba、spacy实现舆情算法库的基本操作。实现采集舆情信息的文本分词、情感分析和实体识别任务,采用多种机器学习算法(SVM,K-means)进行舆情处理和分析。通过可视化技术生成词云和热点话题排行榜,实时监测舆情动态,自动识别敏感事件并预警,为高校管理者提供全面的舆情研判和决策支持。研究表明,舆情算法库显著提升了平台舆情管理的适配性和准确性。Based on the public opinion management platform in universities,this study has added an opinion algorithm library and visualization technology.The basic operations of the opinion algorithm library are realized using two generalpurpose libraries,jieba and spacy.The platform implements text segmentation,sentiment analysis,and entity recognition tasks for public opinion information collection and employs various machine learning algorithms(SVM,K-means)for public opinion processing and analysis.Through visualization technology,word clouds and hot topic rankings are generated to monitor public opinion dynamics in real time,automatically identify sensitive events,and issue warnings.This provides comprehensive public opinion assessment and decision-making support for university managers.The research shows that the public opinion algorithm library significantly improves the adaptability and accuracy of the platform’s public opinion management.
