摘 要:本研究探讨了CI/CD在IT研运一体化中的实际应用与挑战,重点分析了自动化构建、测试与部署对提高开发效率和软件质量的作用。研究发现,技术兼容性、团队协作和资源配置是主要挑战。随着云原生架构和智能化技术的进步,CI/CD将进一步提升灵活性和自动化水平,推动软件开发与运维的深度融合,为企业带来更强的扩展性和响应能力,帮助企业加速数字化转型,在快速变化的市场中保持竞争力。This study explores the practical application and challenges of CI/CD(Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)in the integration of IT research and operations,with a focus on the role of automated building,testing,and deployment in improving development efficiency and software quality.The findings indicate that technical compatibility,team collaboration,and resource allocation are the main challenges.With the advancement of cloud-native architecture and intelligent technologies,CI/CD will further enhance flexibility and automation levels,promote the deep integration of software development and operations,bring stronger scalability and responsiveness to enterprises,and help accelerate digital transformation and maintain competitiveness in a rapidly changing market.
