摘 要:为解决当前市面上各种电动汽车整车热管理系统效率不高、集成度低等缺点,针对某型电动汽车开展整车集成热管理系统工作模式的设计研究。结合其使用环境温度范围要求,确定了整车集成热管理系统的基本架构,并划分为21种工作模式,针对上述工作模式设计了整车集成热管理系统的总体控制方案,从而实现对整车乘员舱、电池和电机温度的精准稳定的调节。该整车集成热管理系统可为市面上众多车型的热管理设计提供一种思路。To address the issues of low efficiency and poor integration in the thermal management systems of current electric vehicles on the market,a design study on the working modes of an integrated thermal management system for a specific electric vehicle model is conducted.Based on the required operating temperature range of the vehicle,the basic architecture of the integrated thermal management system is established and divided into 21 working modes.A comprehensive control scheme for the integrated thermal management system is designed to achieve precise and stable temperature regulation of the cabin,battery,and motor.This integrated thermal management system can provide an idea for the thermal management design of many electric vehicle models on the market.
