摘　　要：市场上常见的中药熏蒸机存在功能单一、有安全隐患等问题,本文基于TRIZ理论提出了一种新型小型中药熏蒸机。通过对熏蒸机进行组件和因果链分析,找到各组件之间的联系以及装置存在的缺点,利用剪裁分析去除多余的组件,其中利用TRIZ创新理论中技术矛盾、物理矛盾、物场分析等工具,解决了目前市场上中药熏蒸机烫伤风险高、功能单一等问题,本研究对中药熏蒸机的改进有较大意义,增加了熏蒸机的功能同时减少了安全隐患。The common traditional Chinese medicine fumigation machine on the market has problems such as single function and potential safety hazards,and a new type of small traditional Chinese medicine fumigation machine is proposed based on TRIZ theory.Through the component analysis and causal chain analysis of the fumigation machine,the connection between the components and the shortcomings of the device were found,the cutting analysis was used to remove the redundant components,and the technical contradictions,physical contradictions,and object field analysis tools of the TRIZ innovation theory were used to solve the problems of high scalding risk and single function of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation machine on the market.
