摘　　要：本研究就企业档案管理中多模态信息的智能分析、大模型的搭建等应用展开探讨,深入剖析多模态信息在企业档案管理智能化方面的应用,明确指出当前企业档案管理工作所面临的主要挑战。同时,探讨其在提升档案管理效能中的主要作用,并通过实际案例对多模态信息处理有效性的智能分析进行验证。研究结果表明,多模态信息的智能分析效果显著,对企业数字化改造起到了重要的支撑作用。This study explores the application of intelligent analysis of multimodal information and the construction of large models in enterprise archives management.It delves into the application of multimodal information in the intelligent management of enterprise archives and identifies the main challenges faced in current enterprise archives management.The study also examines the role of these technologies in enhancing the efficiency of archives management and validates the effectiveness of multimodal information processing through case studies.The results show that intelligent analysis of multimodal information is significantly effective and plays an important supporting role in the digital transformation of enterprises.
