摘　　要：信息化管理在造价控制中发挥重要作用,利用数字技术实现数据集成、动态监控及智能分析,能提升装配式建筑工程造价管理的效率,推动装配式建筑向标准化、智能化方向发展,为行业发展提供科学的管理模式与技术支持。本文分析了装配式建筑工程开展造价管理的需求,并分析了设计阶段、生产环节以及施工阶段开展装配式建筑工程造价信息化管理工作的内容,详细探讨了具体的应用方式,以供参考。Informationization management plays a significant role in cost control,enabling data integration,dynamic monitoring,and intelligent analysis through digital technology.This enhances the efficiency of construction cost management in prefabricated building projects and promotes the development of prefabricated buildings towards standardization and intelligence,providing scientific management models and technical support for the industry.This paper analyzes the requirements for cost management in prefabricated building projects and explores the content of informationization management of construction cost during the design phase,production stage,and construction phase,discussing specific application methods for reference.
