摘　　要：大数据时代研究型生物样本库的发展离不开伦理治理力量的坚实保障。过去基于自主原则的伦理治理阻碍了生物样本数据的整合与共享,不利于样本数据的创新性配置,难以实现研究型生物样本库建立的初衷。新兴的共济原则致力于推进社会公共健康利益的实践,避免了因过于强调个人利益而导致的一系列问题,被视为有力的替代方案。然而,这两种原则之间并非完全的替代关系,而是存在一定互补。事实上,只有搁置二者的矛盾,探索两种原则的协作,尽力平衡好公共利益和个人利益的关系,才真正有利于研究型生物样本库的长远发展。The development of research-based biobank in the era of big data cannot be separated from the solid guarantee of ethical governance.In the past,ethical governance based on the principle of autonomy hindered the integration and sharing of biological sample data,which was not conducive to the innovative configuration of sample data,and made it difficult to realize the original intention of establishing research-based biobank.The emerging principle of solidarity is committed to promoting the practice of social public health interests,avoiding a series of problems caused by too much emphasis on personal interests,which is regarded as a powerful alternative.However,the relationship between these two principles is not one of complete substitution,but rather one of some complementarity.In fact,only by shelving the contradiction between the two principles,exploring the collaboration between the two principles,and trying to balance the relationship between public interests and personal interests,can the long-term development of research-based biobank be truely favoured.
