摘　　要：目的:探讨信息动机行为(IMB)模型结合核心肌群运动(CME)对产后尿失禁(PUI)患者临床结局的影响.方法:选取 2020 年 3 月至 2023 年 2 月在本院就诊的 82 例PUI患者为研究对象.随机将其分为观察组(n=41,接受常规健康教育和盆底肌训练干预+IMB模型干预和CME)和对照组(n=41,仅接受常规健康教育和盆底肌训练干预).比较干预前、后两组患者的尿失禁严重程度[国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICIQ-SF)]、生活质量[尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)]、盆底肌力(盆底肌力度计)及盆底肌表面电信号(sEMG).结果:干预后,观察组患者ICIQ-SF评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者I-QOL评分、盆底肌力、sEMG峰值、sEMG平均值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:IMB模型干预和CME能够有效改善PUI患者的临床结局,提高生活质量,增强盆底肌功能,促进盆底肌电活性.Objective:To explore the effect of information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model combined with core muscle exercise(CME)on clinical outcomes in postpartum urinary incontinence(PUI)patients.Methods:Eighty-two PUI patients in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as research subjects.And they were randomly divided into observation group(n=41,received routine health education and pelvic floor muscle training and IMB model intervention and CME)and control group(n=41,received routine health education and pelvic floor muscle training only).The severity of urinary incontinence[assessed by short form of international consultation on incontinence questionnair(ICIQ-SF)],quality of life[assessed by incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)],pelvic floor muscle strength(measured by pelvic floor muscle dynamometer),and pelvic floor muscle surface electromyography(sEMG)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the score of ICIQ-SF of observation group were lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of I-QOL,pelvic floor muscle strength,sEMG peak value and average value of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:IMB model combined with CME can effectively improve the clinical outcomes,quality of life,and pelvic floor muscle function of PUI patients,and promote the electrical activity of pelvic floor muscles.
