摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩对产妇疼痛程度和早期泌乳的影响.方法:选取 2023 年 3 月至 2023年 8 月本院收治的 64 例产妇作为研究对象.按随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(n=32,采用耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩护理干预)和对照组(n=32,仅采用耳穴压豆护理干预).比较两组产妇疼痛程度、早期泌乳情况.结果:干预后,研究组产妇无痛、轻度疼痛比例均高于对照组,中度、重度疼痛比例均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇早期泌乳启动时间、奶涨时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇产后 24、48、72h泌乳量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩能够有效减轻产妇的疼痛程度,促进早期泌乳,提高母乳喂养率.Objective:To explore the effects of auricular-plaster therapy combined with acupoint massage on pain degree and early lactation in puerperae.Methods:A total of 64 puerperae admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group(n=32,received auricular-plaster therapy combined with acupoint massage nursing intervention)and control group(n=32,received auricular-plaster therapy).The pain degree and early lactation of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the proportion of pain-free and mild pain in study group were higher than those in control group,and the proportion of moderate and severe pain in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The early lactation initiation time and milk swelling time in study group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and early lactation yield at 24,48 and 72h postpartum in study group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular-plaster therapy combined with acupoint massage can effectively relieve pain,promote early lactation and increase breasfeeding rate in puerperae.
