摘 要:目的:探讨细针联合粗针穿刺病理检查在诊断甲状腺结节中的价值.方法:选取2022 年7 月至2023 年7月本院收治的 86 例甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象.患者均行细针穿刺病理检查、粗针穿刺病理检查.以术后病理检查结果为"金标准",比较细针、粗针穿刺病理检查单独及联合检查对甲状腺结节性质的诊断效能,并比较其对于甲状腺结节临床病理的检出率.结果:细针、粗针穿刺病理联合检查甲状腺结节性质的灵敏度、准确度高于单独细针或粗针穿刺病理检查,漏诊率低于单独细针或粗针穿刺病理检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);细针、粗针穿刺病理检查联合检查对于甲状腺结节钙化、淋巴结转移的检出率均高于单独细针或粗针穿刺病理检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:细针联合粗针穿刺病理检查能有效提高甲状腺结节诊断准确性,可为临床早期鉴别诊断结节性质、临床病理提供参考.Objective:To explore the value of fine needle combined with thick needle puncture pathological examination in diagnosing thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with thyroid nodules in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as research objects.All patients underwent fine needle and thick needle puncture pathological examination.Taking the pathological results as the"gold standard",the diagnostic efficiency of single and combined fine needle and thick needle puncture pathological examination for thyroid nodules,and the detection rate of clinical pathology for thyroid nodules were compared.Results:The sensitivity and accuracy of the combined pathological examination of thyroid nodules by fine needle and thick needle puncture were higher than those of fine needle or thick needle puncture alone,and the missed diagnosis rate of thyroid nodules in the combined pathological examination of fine needle and thick needle puncture was lower than that of the fine needle or thick needle puncture alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of calcification and lymph node metastasis of thyroid nodules in combined pathological examination of fine needle and thick needle puncture was higher than that of the fine needle or thick needle puncture alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine needle combined with thick needle puncture pathological examination can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid nodules,and provide reference for early clinical differential diagnosis of the nature of nodules and clinical pathology.
