医院-社区-家庭联动支持干预联合医养结合理念在乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院-社区-家庭联动支持干预联合医养结合理念在乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至2023 年10 月本院收治的110 例乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者为研究对象.根据护理方法,将其分为观察组(n=47,接受医院-社区-家庭联动支持干预联合医养结合理念护理)和对照组(n=63,接受常规护理).比较两组患者干预后用药依从性、自我管理能力及心理弹性.结果:干预后,观察组用药依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我管理行为评分、CD-RISC评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者,采用医院-社区-家庭联动支持干预联合医养结合理念护理,可以提高患者用药依从性和自我管理能力,改善心理弹性水平.Objective:To explore the application effect of hospital-community-family linkage support combined with medical-nursing care concept in patients with compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 110 patients with compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as research subjects.According to nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(n=47,received hospital-community-family linkage support combined with medical-nursing care concept intervention)and control group(n=63,received routine nursing).The medication compliance,self-management ability and resilience scale after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the medication compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-management behaviors and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)of observation groups were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hospital-community-family linkage support combined with medical-nursing care concept can improve medication compliance,self-management ability and psychological resilience in patients with compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis.
