摘  要:目的:探讨回授法健康教育模式在经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗老年冠心病患者围手术期的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 7 月至 2023 年 7 月本院收治的 87 例行PCI术的老年冠心病患者作为研究对象.依据干预方案,将其分为观察组(n=45,采取回授法健康教育模式)和对照组(n=42,采取传统健康教育模式).比较两组患者疾病自我护理能力、遵医依从性、心理状态及并发症发生情况.结果:干预后,观察组患者自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者总依从性(43/45,95.55%)高于对照组(29/42,69.04%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SDS)、抑郁自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:回授法健康教育模式在PCI治疗老年冠心病患者围手术期中效果理想,可有效提高患者疾病自我护理能力及遵医依从性,改善心理状态.Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the teach back health education model in the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for elderly patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:A total of 87 elderly patients with coronary artery disease who underwent PCI from July 2020 to July 2023 in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=45,received Teach back health education mode)and control group(n=42,received traditional health education mode)according to the intervention programme.The self-care ability,adherence to medical treatment,psychological status and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,all the scores of exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)in observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total adherence to medical treatment of observation group(43/45,95.55%)was significantly higher than that in control group(29/42,69.04%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teach back health education model is ideal in the perioperative period of PCI for elderly patients with coronary artery disease,which can effectively improve the ability of disease self-care and compliance with medical treatment,improve the psychological state.
