基于健康相关行为的生态学延续护理对急性脑梗死介入术后患者遵医行为及自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于健康相关行为的生态学延续护理对急性脑梗死(ACI)介入术后患者遵医行为及自我管理能力的影响.方法:选取2022 年3 月至2023 年3 月本院收治的106 例ACI患者为研究对象.按护理方法,将其分为观察组(n=43,给予基于健康相关行为的生态学延续护理)和对照组(n=43,给予常规护理).比较两组患者的遵医行为,自我管理能力,心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)].结果:护理后,观察组患者遵医行为评分、自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于健康相关行为的生态学延续护理应用于ACI介入术后患者,可促使患者保持遵医行为,提高患者自我管理能力,改善患者心理状态.Objective:To explore the impact of ecological continuity nursing based on health-related behaviors on the compliance behavior and self-management ability of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)after intervention therapy.Methods:A total of 106 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the nursing method,they were divided into observation group(n=43,received ecological continuity nursing based on health-related behaviors)and control group(n=43,received routine care).The two groups were compared in terms of medical compliance behavior,self-management ability,and psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]J.Results:After nursing,the scores of medical compliance behavior and self-management ability in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ecological continuity nursing based on health-related behaviors applied to patients after ACI intervention can maintain patients'compliance with medical treatment,improve their self-management ability,and improve their psychological state.
