摘　　要：目的:探讨异常分娩产妇心理韧性的影响因素.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月于本院异常分娩的13 例产妇为研究对象.使用一般情况调查表和心理韧性量表对产妇进行调查与评估,对产妇进行访谈,访谈资料采用Colaizzi现象学分析法进行分析.结果:异常分娩产妇心理韧性的影响因素包括宫缩痛、担心胎儿预后、对未知的恐惧以及对自己配合度的失望;异常分娩产妇对是否告知本人病情需求不同;异常分娩产妇需要医务人员的心理支持、体位指导以及专业知识指导等多方面支持.结论:对于产妇在异常分娩时的心理韧性进行干预,可对其分娩结果、经历和生活质量产生积极影响.Objective:To explore the influencing factors of mental toughness of puerpera with abnormal delivery.Methods:A total of 13 women with abnormal delivery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The general situation questionnaire and the psychological resilience scale were used to investigate and evaluate the puerpera,and the interviews were conducted,and the interview data were analyzed by the Colaizzi phenomenological analysis.Results:The influencing factors of psychological toughness in women with abnormal delivery include painful uterine contractions,worry about fetal prognosis,fear of the unknown,and disappointment in their own cooperation,they have different needs for whether to inform them of their condition,they require psychological support,positioning guidance,and professional knowledge guidance from medical staff.Conclusion:The intervention of mental toughness of puerpera with abnormal delivery may improve their delivery outcomes,delivery experience and quality of life.
