摘　　要：目的:探讨结构式心理干预对乳腺癌经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管化疗患者健康信念的影响.方法:选取 2020 年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月本院收治的 92 例乳腺癌PICC置管化疗患者为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=46,在常规护理基础上采取结构式心理干预)和对照组(n=46,仅采用常规护理干预).比较两组患者负面情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估],疾病感知能力[采用简易疾病感知问卷(BIPQ)评估]及健康信念[采用健康信念量表(CHBMS)评估].结果:干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS及BIPQ各维度评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组患者CHBMS各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:结构式心理干预可缓解乳腺癌PICC置管化疗患者的负面情绪,提高患者的疾病感知能力和健康信念.Objective:To explore the effect of structured psychological intervention on health beliefs of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy via peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods:A total of 92 cases of breast cancer patients with PICC catheter chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=46,given conventional nursing and structural psychological intervention)and control group(n=46,given conventional nursing intervention only).The negative emotions[evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],disease perception[evaluated by brief illness perception questionnaire(BIPQ)]and health beliefs[evaluated by Champion's health belief model scale(CHBMS)] were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS,BIPQ of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of CHBMS in all dimensions of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Structured psychological intervention can relieve the negative emotions of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy with PICC,improve their disease perception and health beliefs.
