防性压疮护理联合气垫床对重症监护病房重症颅脑损伤患者压疮的预防效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨预防性压疮护理联合气垫床对重症监护病房(ICU)重症颅脑损伤患者压疮的预防效果.方法:选取2022 年1 月至2023 年6 月于本院ICU治疗的110 例重症颅脑损伤患者为研究对象.按照护理方法,将其分为观察组(n=55,采用预防性压疮护理联合气垫床)和对照组(n=55,采用常规护理联合气垫床).比较两组患者压疮发生率、压疮发生风险(Braden评分).结果:观察组患者压疮发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理 1d、3d、7d时,观察组患者Braden评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:预防性压疮护理联合气垫床可降低ICU重症颅脑损伤患者压疮发生率,减少压疮发生风险.Objective:To explore the preventive effect of preventive pressure ulcer nursing combined with air cushion bed on pressure ulcers in patients with severe traumatic brain injury in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A total of 110 patients with severe traumatic brain injury treated in the ICU of our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(n=55,using preventive pressure ulcer nursing combined with air cushion bed)and control group(n=55,using conventional nursing combined with air cushion bed).The incidence of pressure ulcers and risk of pressure ulcers(evaluated by the Braden score)were compared between the two the groups.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcers in observation group was lower than that in control group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).When nursing for 1 day,3 days,and 7 days,the Braden scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of preventive pressure ulcer care and air cushion bed can reduce the incidence and risk of pressure ulcers in ICU patients with severe traumatic brain injury.
