摘  要:目的:分析四川省乡村医生培训项目中存在的不足,旨在对其培训模式进行优化.方法:采用实地访谈、问卷调查的方式收集数据,然后将调查结果汇总分析,发现问题,提出乡村医生的培养模式.结果:培训过程中,应该注重师资、培训方式、参与人员选择、培训内容和时间几项关键内容的改进.同时也要注重考核方式的优化和教学方式的不断创新与调整.结论:优化乡村医生培养模式可从完善培训计划、创新培训模式、丰富培训内容入手.Objective:To analyze the shortcomings in the training program for rural doctors in Sichuan Province and optimize its training mode.Methods:On-site interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted,and the survey results were summarized and analyzed.Based on the questions,a training model for rural doctors was proposed.Results:During the training process,attention should be paid to improving key aspects such as faculty,training methods,selecting participants,training content,and timing.At the same time,the optimization of assessment methods and the continuous innovation and adjustment of teaching methods should be paid attention as well.Conclusion:Optimizing the training mode of rural doctors can start with improving the training plan,innovation the training mode and increasing the training content.
