家庭韧性在癌症住院患者心理韧性与自杀意念之间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨癌症住院患者自杀意念与心理韧性之间的关系,以及家庭韧性在两者之间的中介作用。方法采用方便抽样法,选取聊城市3所三级综合医院305名癌症住院患者作为调查对象。采用自编一般人口学资料调查问卷、自杀意念量表、心理韧性量表和中文版家庭韧性评估量表进行问卷调查。结果305名癌症住院患者的自杀意念总体得分为(12.49±4.81)分,家庭韧性得分为(140.18±26.10)分、心理韧性得分为(80.63±18.69)分;自杀意念与心理韧性、家庭韧性呈负相关关系(P<0.01)。家庭韧性在心理韧性与自杀意念之间呈部分中介作用,占总效应的35.96%。结论心理韧性可直接影响癌症住院患者的自杀意念,也可通过家庭韧性间接影响自杀意念。临床医护人员应重视癌症患者的家庭韧性,并开展针对性的心理干预和家庭干预,以降低癌症患者的自杀风险。Objective To explore the relationship between suicidal ideation and psychological resilience in hospitalized cancer patients,as well as the mediating role of family resilience between the two.Methods A convenient sampling method was employed to select 305 hospitalized cancer patients from three tertiary general hospitals in Liaocheng City.A self-administered questionnaire was conducted,including a demographic information survey,the suicide ideation scale,the resilience scale,and the Chinese version of the family resilience assessment scale.Results The overall score of suicidal ideation among the 305 hospitalized cancer patients was(12.49±4.81),with family resilience scores(140.18±26.10)and psychological resilience scores(80.63±18.69).Suicidal ideation was negatively correlated with psychological resilience and family resilience(P<0.01).Family resilience played a partial mediating role between psychological resilience and suicidal ideation,with an effect accounting for 36.96%.Conclusion Psychological resilience can directly affect the suicidal ideation of hospitalized cancer patients and also indirectly influence suicidal ideation through family resilience.Clinical healthcare providers should pay attention to the family resilience of cancer patients and implement targeted psychological and family interventions to reduce the risk of suicide in cancer patients.
