针对性认知干预联合预见性护理在肝胆手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性认知干预联合预见性护理在肝胆手术的患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年2月-2023年2月深圳市光明区人民医院收治的肝胆手术患者80例作为对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采用常规护理;研究组采用针对性认知干预联合预见性护理。比较两组患者的术后恢复情况、健康行为能力和希望水平。结果研究组术后排气时间、疼痛持续时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组健康行为能力自评量表和Herth希望量表的各维度得分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性认知干预联合预见性护理能够促进肝胆手术患者的术后恢复,并提高其健康行为能力和希望水平。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted cognitive intervention combined with predictive nursing in patients undergoing liver and gallbladder surgery.Methods Eighty patients who underwent liver and gallbladder surgery in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the research group used targeted cognitive intervention combined with predictive care.The postoperative recovery,health behavior ability and hope level between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The study group had shorter postoperative exhaust time,duration of pain,eating time,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).The each dimension scores and total scores of self-rated abilities for health practices scale and Heart hope index in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted cognitive intervention combined with predictive care can promote postoperative recovery in patients undergoing liver and gallbladder surgery,and improve their health behavior ability and hope level.
