枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合康复新液治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合康复新液治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月-2024年1月在深圳市大鹏新区葵涌人民医院进行治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者106例,随机分为对照组和观察组各53例。对照组给予枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组给予枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合康复新液进行治疗。比较两组血清炎症水平、肠道菌群指标和中医证候积分。结果治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、C-反应蛋白、白介素-23、白介素-17、白介素-8水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大肠杆菌水平低于对照组,厌氧乳杆菌、拟杆菌水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脓血、里急后重、泄泻、腹痛积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合康复新液可改善溃疡性结肠炎机体的炎症反应,调节肠道菌群和缓解临床症状。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bacillus subtilis dual live bacteria enteric coated capsules combined with kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods One hundred and six patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Dapeng New Area Kuiyong People’s Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 53 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with bacillus subtilis double live bacteria enteric coated capsules,while the experimental group was treated with bacillus subtilis double live bacteria enteric coated capsules combined with kangfuxin liquid.The levels of serum inflammation,gut microbiota indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,interleukin-23,interleukin-17,and interleukin-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Escherichia coli in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of anaerobic lactobacilli and Bacteroidetes were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower scores of pus and blood,severe diarrhea,diarrhea,and abdominal pain than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bacillus subtilis dual active bacteria enteric coated capsules and rehabilitation solution can improve the inflammatory response of ulcerative colitis,regulate intestinal flora and alleviate clinical symptoms.
