摘　　要：目的探究基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(information-motivation-behavioral skills model,IMB)的出院准备服务对首次化疗患者出院准备度、指导质量、自我效能和满意度的影响。方法选取首次到汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院接受化疗的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组实施内科常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施基于IMB模型的出院准备服务,比较两组患者的出院准备度、出院指导质量、自我效能和满意度情况。结果观察组出院准备度的个人状态、适应能力、预期性支持3个维度的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院指导质量的实际获得内容、指导技巧2个维度的评分和总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我效能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院准备服务的沟通能力、专业水平、服务态度、服务态度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于IMB模型的出院准备服务在首次化疗患者中应用,能有效提高患者的出院准备度、指导质量和自我效能,并提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the impact of discharge preparation services based on the Information Motivation Behavioral Skills Model(IMB)on discharge readiness,guidance quality,self-efficacy and Satisfaction in first-time chemotherapy patients.Methods One hundred patients who received chemotherapy for the first time were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divide into a control group and a study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions from the internal medicine department,while the study group received discharge preparation service interventions based on the IMB model.The discharge readiness,discharge guidance quality,self-efficacy,and satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results The personal status,adaptability,and expected support scores of three dimensions in terms of discharge readiness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The actual obtained content,guidance skills of two dimensions,and total score of discharge guidance quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The communication ability,professional level,service attitude,and service attitude scores in the discharge preparation service in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of discharge preparation services based on the IMB model in first-time chemotherapy patients can effectively improve their discharge preparation,guidance quality,self-efficacy,and enhance the patients’satisfaction with nursing work.
