品管圈在白内障日间手术患者临床中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈白内障日间手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月-2021年12月到厦门大学附属第一医院就诊并接受白内障手术治疗的患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者按照常规方法进行术前散瞳,观察组患者则应用品管圈改进散瞳方法,比较两组患者的术前有效散瞳达标率及护理干预效果。结果观察组患者的术前散瞳达标率、治疗依从性、健康知识掌握度、Herth希望量表评分和护理满意度均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可有效提高白内障日间手术患者得术前有效散瞳率,并且能同时改善治疗依从性、健康知识掌握度、自我希望和护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle in patients with cataract daytime surgery.Methods One hundred and twenty patients who received cataract surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group patients underwent preoperative dilation using conventional methods,while the observation group patients used quality control circles to improve the dilation method.The preoperative effective dilation rate and nursing efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The preoperative pupil dilation compliance rate,treatment compliance,health knowledge mastery,Herth Hope Scale score,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively improve the preoperative effective pupil dilation rate of cataract day surgery patients,and at the same time improve treatment compliance,health knowledge mastery,self hope,and nursing satisfaction.
