脉冲染料激光联合马来酸噻吗洛尔治疗婴儿浅表型血管瘤效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脉冲染料激光联合马来酸噻吗洛尔湿敷治疗婴儿浅表型血管瘤的效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年12月枣庄市妇幼保健院收治的96例浅表型血管瘤婴儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组外敷马来酸噻吗洛尔进行治疗,观察组联合脉冲染料激光术进行治疗。比较两组的临床效果、病灶评分、血清因子和并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病灶面积、厚度和颜色评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组基质金属蛋白酶-9、血管内皮细胞生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组并发症发生率分别为8.33%和6.25%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在脉冲染料激光治疗后,湿敷马来酸噻吗洛尔治疗婴儿浅表型血管瘤效果显著,能进一步促进病灶恢复,改善炎症反应,并且未明显增加不良反应。Objective To observe the effect of pulsed dye laser combined with thiamol maleate wet compress in the treatment of infantile superficial hemangioma.Methods From January 2022 to Decmber 2023,96 infants with superficial hemangioma admitted to Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with external timolol maleate,and the observation group was treated with pulsed dye laser additionally.The clinical efficacy,lesion score,serum factor and incidence of complications between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than the 81.25%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of lesion area,thickness,and color in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The matrix metalloproteinase-9,vascular endothelial growth factor,and alkaline fibroblast growth factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group were 8.33%and 6.25%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion After pulsed dye laser treatment,wet application of timolol maleate has a significant effect on treating infantile superficial hemangioma,which can further promote lesion recovery,improve inflammatory response,and does not significantly increase adverse reactions.
