中医情志干预联合穴位贴敷对强直性脊柱炎患者病情恢复心理弹性和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志干预联合穴位贴敷对强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing sporidylitis,AS)患者病情恢复、心理弹性和生活质量的影响。方法选择2021年5月-2023年5月在厦门市中医院接受治疗的90例AS患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各45例。对照组接受常规干预,研究组在此基础上增加中医情志干预联合穴位贴敷。比较两组干预前后病情恢复、心理弹性和生活质量的变化情况。结果干预3个月后,两组巴氏强直性脊柱炎活动性指数、巴氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数、巴氏强直性脊柱炎测量指数评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表的坚韧、乐观和自强各项评分均增加,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量综合评定问卷的心理、躯体、物质和社会各项评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医情志干预联合穴位贴敷,可减轻AS患者病情,改善心理弹性,促进生活质量提升。Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention combined with acupoint application on the recovery,psychological resilience,and quality of life of patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods Ninety AS patients who received treatment at Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 45 patients in each group,by random number table method.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received additional traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention combined with acupoint application.The changes in disease recovery,psychological resilience,and quality of life between two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index,Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index,and Bath ankylosing spondylitis metroloty index in both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of resilience,optimism,and self-improvement of Connor-Davidson resilience scale in both groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological,physical,material and social of generic quality of life inventory 74 in both groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention combined with acupoint application can alleviate the condition of AS patients,improve psychological resilience,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
