运脾润通汤联合仿生物电神经肌肉刺激治疗产后便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察运脾润通汤联合仿生物电神经肌肉刺激治疗产后便秘的效果。方法选择2021年1月-2023年1月贵阳市花溪区中医院收治的80例产后便秘患者,通过随机数字表法分为常规组和联合组各40例。常规组应用仿生物电神经肌肉刺激进行生物反馈治疗,联合组在常规组治疗基础上加用运脾润通汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、便秘症状评分、排便功能和生活质量。结果治疗3 d后,联合组便秘患者症状自评量表评分、Wexner便秘评分、便秘生活质量量表评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后便秘患者在仿生物电神经肌肉刺激治疗基础上联合运脾润通汤,能进一步改善便秘症状、提高排便功能和生活质量。Objective To observe of the effect of Yunpi Runtong decoction combined with biomimetic electrical nerve and muscle stimulation in the treatment of postpartum constipation.Methods Eighty postpartum constipation patients admitted to Huaxi District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guiyang from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a conventional group and a combination group,with 40 patients in each group by random number table method.The conventional group received biofeedback therapy using biomimetic electrical nerve and muscle stimulation,while the combined group received treatment with Yunpi Runtong decoction in addition to the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,constipation symptom scores,defecation function,and quality of life between two groups of patients were compared.Results After 3 days of treatment,the symptom self-assessment scale score,Wexner constipation score,and constipation quality of life scale score of constipation patients in the combination group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum constipation patients can further improve constipation symptoms,enhance bowel function,and improve quality of life by combining simulated bioelectrical nerve and muscle stimulation therapy with Yunpi Runtong decoction.
