贺氏火针疗法治疗风寒湿痹型颞下颌关节紊乱病32例

摘　　要：目的观察贺氏火针疗法治疗风寒湿痹型颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法选择2019年9月-2024年6月前来中国地质大学(武汉)医院就诊的风寒湿痹型颞下颌关节紊乱患者32例,全部采取贺氏火针疗法点刺下关、颊车、听宫三穴。比较患者治疗前后中医证候积分、最大主动张口度、口腔健康影响程度量表评分,并对患者进行疗效评定。结果治疗5个疗程后,32名患者中医证候积分、口腔健康影响程度量表评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);最大主动张口度平均距离大于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.9%。结论贺氏火针疗法可显著缓解患者颞下颌关节区疼痛,改善张口受限,是一种治疗风寒湿痹证型颞下颌关节紊乱病的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of He’s fire needle therapy in treating temporomandibular joint disorder of wind cold dampness type.Methods A total of 32 patients with wind cold dampness type temporomandibular joint disorder who came to China University of Geosciences(Wuhan)Hospital from September 2019 to June 2024 were treated with He’s fire needle therapy and acupunctured on Xiaguan,Cheek Car,and Tinggong.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,maximum active mouth opening,and scores of oral health impact scale before and after treatment were compared,and the therapeutic effect of patients were evaluated according to the“Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery”.Results After 5 courses of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and oral health impact scale in 32 patients were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the average distance of maximum active mouth opening was significantly greater than before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment for this group of patients was 96.9%.Conclusion He’s fire needle therapy can significantly alleviate pain in the temporomandibular joint area of patients,improve limited mouth opening,and is an effective method for treating temporomandibular joint disorders of wind cold dampness syndrome.
