摘 要:支气管哮喘是由多种细胞以及细胞组分参与的慢性气道炎症性疾病,临床表现为反复发作的喘息、气急,伴或不伴胸闷或咳嗽等症状,主要病理特征为气道高反应性和可逆性气流受限,随病程延长可导致气道结构改变。室外空气污染与支气管哮喘发病率及患病率增加有关。二氧化氮是一种常见的空气污染物,与新发支气管哮喘、支气管哮喘急性发作及加重存在相关性。本研究主要讨论二氧化氮暴露在支气管哮喘急性发作和加重中的作用及机制,以及其对不同表型支气管哮喘患者和不同类型人群的影响。Bronchial asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease involving various cells and cellular components.The clinical manifestations are recurrent wheezing and shortness of breath,with or without chest tightness or cough.The main pathological features are airway hyperresponsiveness and reversible airflow limitation,which can lead to airway structural changes with prolongation of the disease course.Outdoor air pollution is associated with increased incidence and prevalence of bronchial asthma.Nitrogen dioxide is a common air pollutant correlated with new-onset bronchial asthma,bronchial asthma acute exacerbation and disease progression.This study mainly discusses the role and mechanisms of nitrogen dioxide exposure in the acute exacerbation and disease progression of bronchial asthma,and its effects on patients with different bronchial asthma phenotypes and on different types of populations.
