摘　　要：自噬是真核生物对细胞内异常蛋白和细胞器进行自我降解的过程,是细胞内的再循环系统,与机体内氧化应激、免疫应答、炎性反应等多种病理生理改变密切相关。机体通过对自噬的调节维持内环境稳态。支气管哮喘是一种气道慢性炎症性疾病,具有高度异质性,以气道高反应性、气道炎症及气道重塑为主要病理生理表现。自噬的过度激活与支气管哮喘患者症状加重、肺功能下降有关。抑制自噬可减轻气道炎症、改善气道重塑。本文就自噬与支气管哮喘的关系、自噬在支气管哮喘发病及治疗中作用的研究进展作一综述。Autophagy is a self-degradation process in eukaryotic cells that eliminates abnormal proteins and organelles,serving as an intracellular recycling system.It is closely associated with various pathophysiological alterations such as oxidative stress,immune responses,and inflammatory reactions in organisms.The regulation of autophagy helps maintain internal homeostasis.Bronchial asthma,a chronic inflammatory airway disease characterized by high heterogeneity,primarily manifests pathophysiologically as airway hyperresponsiveness,airway inflammation,and airway remodeling.Excessive activation of autophagy has been linked to aggravated symptoms and declining lung function in bronchial asthma patients.Inhibition of autophagy may alleviate airway inflammation and improve airway remodeling.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between autophagy and bronchial asthma,and the role of autophagy in the pathogenesis and therapeutic interventions of bronchial asthma.
