摘  要:哮喘发病率逐年升高,已成为严重的全球性健康问题。环境及人体微生态与哮喘的发生发展密切相关,但相关性存在不同结论,作用机制仍需进一步探索。不同环境下微生物的差异可对哮喘产生不同影响。机体呼吸道及肠道的微生态变化与哮喘发病风险及哮喘严重程度关系密切。本文就外界环境、呼吸道及肠道微生态与哮喘关系的研究进展作一综述。With an annual rising prevalence,asthma has become a serious global health issue.The environmental and human microbiota are closely involved in the occurrence and development of asthma,but there are different conclusions regarding the correlation,and the mechanisms still require further research.Microbial differences in different environments may have different impacts on asthma.The changes of respiratory and intestinal microbiota are closely corelated with the risk and severity of asthma.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationships of environmental microbiota,respiratory microbiota and intestinal microbiota with asthma.
