摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,其主要特征是气道持续性阻塞。COPD患者气道存在持续的慢性炎性反应,可导致气道重塑、肺泡破坏,最终导致呼吸功能的持续下降。代谢综合征(MetS)是一种由腹型肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高血糖、高血脂和高血压等多种代谢异常组成的病理状态。COPD患者MetS的发生率明显高于正常人群。COPD与MetS关系密切,二者相互作用可加重炎性反应,促进病情进展,增加临床管理难度。本文就COPD合并MetS的炎症特征及其在疾病进展中的作用作一综述。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic respiratory disease characterized by persistent airway obstruction.COPD patients exhibit persistent chronic inflammatory responses in the airways,leading to airway remodeling,alveolar destruction,and ultimately a sustained decline in respiratory function.Metabolic syndrome(MetS)is a pathological condition consisting of various metabolic abnormalities such as abdominal obesity,insulin resistance,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,and hypertension.The incidence of MetS in COPD patients is significantly higher compared to the normal population.COPD and MetS are closely related,and their interaction can aggravate the inflammatory responses,accelerate the disease progression,and increase the difficulty of clinical management.This paper reviews the inflammatory characteristics of COPD combined with MetS and their impacts on disease progression.
