“合规的变通”:社会工作者的主体性研究——以G医院社会工作者的文书工作为例

摘　　要：在社会工作服务项目的评估中,评估专家与社会工作者之间存在着权力关系。然而,评估专家只出现在最后的评估现场。在此之前,社会工作者所要做的是完成与评估相关的文书工作。受福柯规训、抵抗以及主体等概念的启发,文章通过深入分析G医院社会工作者的日常文书工作,发现“指标”变成了评估权力传递的媒介,并且在谈论的过程中对社会工作者形成了“话语的全景环绕”。但是,G医院社会工作者仍然可以在文书工作中选择“合规的变通”这一主体性逻辑。社会工作者普遍面对与“指标”相关联的文书工作,所以,“合规的变通”可以为社会工作者的主体性研究提供一种参考。In the evaluation of social work service projects,there exists a power dynamic between the evaluators and the social workers.However,the evaluators only appear at the final assessment.Prior to that,social workers are tasked with completing the documentation related to the evaluation.Drawing inspiration from Foucault's concepts of discipline,resistance,and subjectivity,the paper delves into the daily documentation of social workers at G Hospital.It finds that the"indicators"have become a vehicle for transmitting power in evaluations,creating a"panorama of discourses"that surrounds social workers during discussions.However,medical social workers at G Hospital are still able to choose"compliant flexibility"as a subjective logic in their documentation.As social workers today are commonly confronted with documentation tasks associated with"indicators",the concept of"compliant flexibility"can provide a reference for the study of social workers'subjectivity.
