摘　　要：文章采用半结构式访谈法,以X高校的11名医务社工实习生为访谈对象,对他们在5所三甲公立医院的实习现状进行了解和分析。调查发现,医务社工实习生在实习过程中普遍存在一些问题,如实习医院部门分工不明确,专业带教督导不足,实习工作的专业性和认同度有待提升,实习生专业能力和实务经验欠缺等。针对医务社会工作实习生在实习医院面临的问题,文章从政府、学校、实习医院和个人等多个角度积极探究改善医务社会工作实习问题的策略,鼓励推进和加强对医院医务社会工作实习生的实习教育培训。为提升医务社会工作专业实习生专业信心与职业认同感提供理论依据,更为未来医务社工的实习教育提供参考性意见。This paper conducts semi-structured interviews targeting 1l medical social work interns from X University to understand and analyze their internship status in five public tertiary hospitals(Grade A).The investigation reveals a series of prevalent issues encountered by them during their internships,including the unclear division of responsibilities within the departments at the internship hospitals,inadequate professional supervision and mentorship,the need to enhance the professionalism and recognition of internship duties,as well as interns'lack of professional competence and practical experience.In response to the challenges faced by medical social work interns in hospitals,this paper actively explores strategies to improve the situation from multiple perspectives,including those of the government,universities,internship hospitals,and individuals.It advocates for the enhancement of practical education and training for these interns.The paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for improving the professional confidence and career identity of medical social work interns,and offers guidance for future internship education in medical social work.
