摘　　要：目的:分析居家社区养老服务对老年人健康不平等的影响,为改善老年人群健康提供依据。方法:基于CHARLS2018年调查数据,运用OLS回归、倾向得分匹配和工具变量法评估居家社区养老服务对老年人健康不平等的影响。结果:享受居家社区养老服务能够显著降低老年人的健康相对剥夺指数(P<0.05);居家社区养老服务对低龄老年人、城镇老年人和女性老年人存在更显著的健康不平等缓解效应。结论:居家社区养老服务降低老年人群的健康不平等,应当持续推进居家社区养老服务体系建设,通过提升居家社区养老服务精准性和优质性、强化居家社区养老服务可及性和多样性等手段满足老年人多样化养老需求。Objective To analyze the impact of home and community-based elderly care services on health inequalities among older people,and provide a basis for improving the health of older people.Methods Based on the CHARLS 2018 survey data,OLS regression,propensity score matching and instrumental variable method were used to assess the impact of home and community-based elderly care services on health inequality of the elderly.Results Access to home and community-based elderly care services significantly reduced the relative health deprivation index among older adults(P<0.05).There was a more significant health inequality mitigation effect of home and community-based elderly care services on younger older adults,urban older adults,and female older adults.Conclusion Home and community-based elderly care services can reduce the health inequality among the elderly.It is necessary to continually improve the system of home and community-based elderly care services.The diversified needs of the elderly can be met by improving the precision and quality of home-based community elderly care services,and strengthening the accessibility and diversity of home-based community elderly care services.
