基于双重差分法的健康宣教对社区老年人认知功能干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析健康宣教对山东省潍坊市社区老年人认知功能的干预效果,为社区维持和改善老年人认知功能与健康管理提供参考。方法:通过STATA 17.0统计软件,采用DID双重差分法从社区老年人视角分析健康宣教干预“有-无”效果对比。结果:随访老年人427人,其中健康宣教观察组229人,对照组198人。纳入控制变量后的双重差分回归结果显示,知识知晓率、认知功能干预交互项系数分别为3.582、1.302,并具有统计学意义;老年人的焦虑抑郁、吞咽功能、日常生活能力以及睡眠状况等干预交互项系数无统计学意义。结论:健康宣教对社区老年人改善认知功能具有积极影响,老年人焦虑抑郁、吞咽功能、日常生活能力以及睡眠状况受多种因素影响,健康宣教的影响尚不明显;通过社区加强对认知功能健康宣教的推广;强化政府在认知功能管理相关服务的财政支持力度,并借助数字技术优化管理措施。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of health promotion on the cognitive function of the elderly in the community of Weifang City,and provide a reference for maintaining and improving the cognitive function and health management of the elderly in the community.Methods Comparison of the“yes-no”effect of health promotion interventions was analyzed from the perspective of the elderly in the community using the DID double-difference method with STATA 17.0 statistical software.Results There were 427 older adults before and after the follow-up health promotion,including 229 in the health promotion observation group and 198 in the control group.The results of double difference regression with the inclusion of control variables showed that the coefficient of the interaction terms of knowledge awareness and cognitive function intervention was 3.582 and 1.302,respectively,with statistically significant.Intervention interaction term coefficients for anxiety and depression,swallowing function,ability to perform activities of daily living,and sleep status were not statistically significant in the elderly.Conclusion Health promotion has a positive impact on improving the cognitive function in the elderly in the community.Anxiety and depression,swallowing function,daily living ability,and sleep status of the elderly were affected by a variety of factors,and the impact of health promotion on which was not yet obvious.It is suggested to strengthen the health promotion on cognitive function through the community,intensify the government's financial support for services related to cognitive function management,and optimize the management measures with the help of digital technology.
